Information Collected Through This Site

This site is operated by James Kaufer (James Michael Kaufer), an independent licensed Medicare insurance broker affiliated with Millennial Life Group LLC. When you voluntarily submit one of the forms on this site — the homepage inquiry form, the Contact page form, the Medicare Plan Review questionnaire, or the Medicare Decision Guide's "Have James Contact Me" / scheduling form — the information you type in is collected. Depending on which form you use, that may include your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, state, your Medicare status or current coverage, what you're looking for help with, your priorities, your preferred contact method, and any message you choose to add.

If you use the interactive Medicare Advantage vs. Medicare Supplement Decision Guide without submitting a form, your answers and result are held only in your own browser's session storage so the guide can display your result and, if you choose, pass it along to a form you submit — that in-browser data is not sent anywhere on its own and clears when you close or reset the guide.

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party ad-tracking scripts, and it does not sell or rent your information to third parties.

How Your Information May Be Used

Information submitted through a form is used to respond to your inquiry, discuss your Medicare or insurance questions, help schedule an appointment or Medicare review, and follow up as needed about the specific request you made. It is not used for any purpose unrelated to responding to you.

How Forms Are Processed

This site's forms are processed using Netlify's form-handling service, a third-party platform used to receive and deliver form submissions. Submissions are delivered to James Kaufer and are not published anywhere on the site. Submissions are processed and stored according to Netlify's own applicable privacy and data-retention practices; see Netlify's privacy policy for details.

Data Retention

Information you submit is kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to service your Medicare or insurance needs going forward. If you'd like your information removed from James Kaufer's records, contact him using the information below and he will remove it, other than any records he is required to keep for regulatory or carrier compliance reasons.

This site links to or embeds a small number of third-party services, each governed by that company's own privacy practices, not this one:

• Google Calendar — used to schedule an appointment. Google's own privacy policy applies to any information you provide directly on Google's scheduling page.
• Sunfire — a self-service Medicare plan comparison tool you may choose to use independently. Sunfire's own privacy policy applies to anything you enter there.
• Google Fonts — used to load the typefaces on this site from Google's servers.
• Medium — this site displays a feed of James Kaufer's published articles from Medium.com.
• LinkedIn and Facebook — linked from this site's footer to James Kaufer's / Millennial Life Group's own social profiles.

Visiting or interacting with any of these third-party services is subject to that company's own privacy policy and terms, not this one.
